Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend team members to ensure efficient store operations and customer satisfaction
- Manage inventory counts, replenish stock, and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and process transactions accurately
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with company policies
- Train and mentor new weekend associates on operational procedures
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and communicate daily updates to management
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in retail/hospitality preferred
- Strong customer service orientation and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions with minimal supervision
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) with potential holiday shifts
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and inventory management software
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Must pass background check and drug screening
