Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations during peak weekend hours (Fri-Sun)
- Train and motivate 5-10 hourly staff members on product knowledge and sales techniques
- Execute inventory management, including receiving and stock rotation
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Monitor sales targets and implement promotional strategies
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance standards
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and handover documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years retail or supervisory experience
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Fri/Sat/Sun 10am-9pm)
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- New York State driver's license preferred
