Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations including team coordination and task delegation
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards and resolve escalated issues promptly
- Monitor inventory levels and maintain store cleanliness/safety protocols
- Train and onboard new weekend staff on company procedures and systems
- Process daily transactions and reconcile cash registers accurately
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
- Submit shift reports and performance feedback weekly
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or team lead experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun) plus occasional holidays
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic office software
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Valid DC work authorization and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule availability during peak seasons
