Responsibilities
- Lead weekend operations team of 8-10 associates
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards during peak hours
- Conduct pre-shift briefings and post-shift debriefs
- Manage inventory and operational logistics efficiently
- Resolve escalated customer issues with professionalism
- Train new weekend staff on company protocols
- Submit accurate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in fast-paced environment
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Valid Oregon Food Handler's Card (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Background check clearance required
