Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 weekend team members during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure store presentation meets brand standards
- Handle cash operations and daily reconciliation
- Address customer inquiries and resolve escalations
- Coordinate inventory checks and stock replenishment
- Execute promotional campaigns and sales events
- Maintain compliance with safety protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Basic math and cash handling skills
- Strong conflict resolution abilities
- Valid Texas driver's license (for store deliveries)
- Ability to lift 25 lbs repeatedly
