Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend delivery operations, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Manage team performance through scheduling, training, and real-time coordination
- Maintain inventory accuracy and warehouse safety standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational escalations promptly
- Compile shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
- Train new associates on equipment handling and company protocols
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless handovers
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or warehousing
- Valid California driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Strong problem-solving skills and conflict resolution abilities
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment safely
- Excellent communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual preferred)
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 2 PM or 2 PM - 10 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
