Responsibilities
- Unload, sort, and stage incoming shipments with accuracy and efficiency
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following safety protocols
- Perform inventory control tasks including cycle counts and stock verification
- Load outbound shipments and ensure proper securing of goods
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and comply with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily productivity targets
- Document warehouse activities using digital inventory systems
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Basic math skills for inventory and measurement tasks
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Availability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Valid driver's license preferred (equipment training provided)
- Previous warehouse experience a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
