Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) safely
- Maintain organized inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Perform quality checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
- Collaborate with weekend team to meet daily productivity goals
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for entire shifts
- Basic computer literacy and RF scanner experience
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record (for equipment operation)
- Availability every Saturday and Sunday, 6 AM-2 PM
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
