Job Summary
As a Weekend Shift Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our warehouse operates smoothly. You will be responsible for processing incoming and outgoing inventory with speed and accuracy. This is a hands-on role perfect for those who enjoy a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately pick, pack, and stage products for shipment to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery (training provided).
- Warehouse Maintenance: Keep the workspace organized, clean, and safe by following all safety protocols and 5S guidelines.
- Load/Unload Operations: Efficiently load and unload trucks using proper safety equipment and techniques.
- Quality Control: Inspect goods for damage and report any discrepancies immediately to the shift supervisor.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and data entry.
- Driving License: Valid driver's license required for truck access.
- Communication: Basic English language skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
