Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and live chat during weekend shifts.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to our software products efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support staff when necessary.
- Collaborate with the team to identify and resolve recurring customer pain points.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction (CSAT) and retention.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
