The Role:
As a Weekend Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our inventory operations. You will ensure that our products are processed, stored, and shipped accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inbound and outbound loading and unloading of merchandise using pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified).
- Conduct daily inventory checks and cycle counts to ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments and inventory status.
- Assist in packaging, labeling, and preparing orders for courier delivery.
- Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards immediately to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanners.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
