Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders using RF scanners
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain organized inventory and cycle counts
- Adhere to safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless operations
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation
- Support weekend inventory audits and stock replenishment
Qualifications
- Ability to work weekends (Fri-Sun) with 8-hour shifts
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and computer literacy skills
- Physical stamina for lifting up to 50 lbs
- Reliable transportation to Commerce Boulevard location
- Positive attitude and teamwork focus
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
