Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading, unloading, and order picking processes to meet daily targets.
- Utilize handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) for inventory tracking.
- Maintain accurate inventory records through regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Ensure the warehouse facility remains clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the US.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk for long durations.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to read labels and shipping documents.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to protocols.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Friday through Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Willingness to undergo a criminal background check and drug screening.
