Responsibilities
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments with speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (training provided).
- Perform cycle counts and inventory verification to maintain stock accuracy.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve operational issues.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently using proper lifting techniques.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work a full weekend schedule (Saturday and Sunday).
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent; warehouse experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
