Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with accuracy and speed.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred but willing to train).
- Perform physical tasks such as lifting, standing, and walking for extended periods.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace in compliance with safety regulations.
- Inspect products for damages and report discrepancies immediately.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Bloomington facility.
