The Role
You will be responsible for ensuring our products move efficiently from the dock to the delivery truck. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a commitment to safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts and pallet jacks, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Sort, pack, and verify merchandise against packing lists to ensure accuracy and prevent errors.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, including sweeping, organizing aisles, and trash removal.
- Assist in inventory counts and cycle counts to ensure stock levels match system records.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management systems (WMS) to track shipments in real-time.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly shipping targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory counting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and occasional overtime.
- Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
