Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely load and unload trucks and trailers using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and verify incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders efficiently to meet daily targets.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections and basic maintenance on warehouse equipment.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
