Responsibilities
- Execute efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and correctly.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and organize stock in designated zones.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow during peak hours.
- Unload and verify incoming shipments against delivery notes.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Availability to work scheduled weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
