Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and delivery vehicles using proper equipment.
- Inventory Management: Organize, stock, and track inventory to ensure accuracy and prevent stock shortages.
- Picking and Packing: Accurately pick items for orders and pack them securely for shipment.
- Equipment Operation: Operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines to maintain a secure work environment.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse floor organized and free of hazards to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data.
- Reliability: Punctual and committed to showing up for scheduled shifts.
- High School Diploma: High school diploma or GED is preferred.
- Basic Math Skills: Ability to read labels and perform basic arithmetic for inventory checks.
