Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight safely and efficiently using pallet jacks and forklifts.
- Organize and stock inventory with high attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and logistics managers regarding workflow.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
- Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required by business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills for inventory tracking.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
