Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Sort, organize, and inventory products within the warehouse to maintain optimal flow.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, scanners) as required by the shift.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and adheres to all safety protocols.
- Assist in quality control checks for incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with the team to meet daily production targets.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly and standing for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Charlotte facility.
- Basic computer literacy for scanning and logging inventory.
