Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily throughput targets.
- Perform accurate inventory counts and stock organization in the warehouse.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with high attention to detail.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the general maintenance of warehouse facilities and equipment.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and quality control procedures.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work Weekend Shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- Forklift certification is a plus but we provide training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work in a fast-paced team environment.
