Responsibilities
- Load and Unload: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks in a timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize stock, check for damaged goods, and ensure accurate inventory records.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure they meet company standards.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance on warehouse equipment and report any issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure workspace.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and shift supervisors to ensure workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is a plus, but we provide training for motivated candidates.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Communication: Basic reading and math skills required for scanning and paperwork.
