Responsibilities
- Pack, verify, and load incoming shipments accurately to ensure 100% order accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Perform inventory counts, cycle counts, and manage stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to streamline shipping and receiving processes.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (we will train).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
