Responsibilities
- Load & Unload: Safely and efficiently load and unload trucks and cargo containers.
- Inventory Control: Accurately scan, sort, and organize incoming and outgoing inventory.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery safely.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company protocols.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets standards.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Reliability: Must be punctual and dependable for weekend shifts.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to our Detroit facility.
- Experience: Prior warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
