Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with speed and accuracy to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners safely and efficiently.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all OSHA safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to resolve shipping discrepancies and optimize workflow.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks as required during peak seasons.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) with the ability to work overtime if needed.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Must be 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.
- Valid driver's license is preferred but not required.
