Responsibilities
- Perform accurate picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and scanners safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to adhere to OSHA and company standards.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing inventory to minimize errors.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity goals and targets.
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during designated weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- Ability to work rotating weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Physically able to lift, carry, and move materials weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and problem-solving skills.
