Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to meet daily KPI targets.
- Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, safely and according to OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and damage-free delivery.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and logistical challenges.
- Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and quality assurance procedures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Washington DC facility.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
