Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise onto pallets or shelves using forklifts and hand trucks.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks, RF scanners, and forklifts, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.
- Perform daily inventory counts and stock organization to ensure accuracy and efficient order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with the shift team to meet daily productivity targets and safety goals.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in the packaging and labeling of goods for local and regional delivery.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory (training provided).
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Willingness to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required.
- Forklift certification (CDL) is a plus but not required for entry-level applicants.
