Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently
- Maintain organized inventory systems and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality standards
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order processing
- Support inventory reconciliation and stock rotation processes
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with flexible scheduling options
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Positive attitude and commitment to teamwork
