Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight trucks efficiently using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing inventory for accuracy, damage, and completeness.
- Organize stock in designated storage areas to maintain a safe, clean, and orderly warehouse environment.
- Operate barcode scanners and inventory management software to update stock levels in real-time.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure workplace.
- Perform daily equipment maintenance checks and report any issues to management.
Qualifications
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly for extended periods (8+ hours).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Physical stamina and dexterity required for warehouse tasks.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail is a strong plus but not required.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
