Responsibilities
- Load and unload freight: Safely and efficiently handle incoming and outgoing shipments using manual labor and material handling equipment.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate stock counts and organize inventory to maintain optimal warehouse organization.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure they meet our high standards before being shipped.
- Equipment Operation: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other machinery in compliance with safety protocols.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety guidelines and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends only (Saturday and Sunday) and some holidays as needed.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory and order processing.
- Reliability: Punctual and dependable with a positive attitude.
