Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment to meet daily targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, with strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock organization.
- Ensure the warehouse workspace is clean, organized, and hazard-free at all times.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve operational issues and improve workflow.
- Load and unload delivery trucks efficiently during peak weekend shifts.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory; training provided.
