Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and sort incoming merchandise accurately and efficiently.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment using RF scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and in accordance with safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting.
- Load and unload trucks accurately to ensure proper order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; candidates with a strong work ethic are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly during shifts.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to workplace safety standards.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
