As a Weekend Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of inventory, maintaining high safety standards, and delivering exceptional service to our clients. We offer a supportive work environment, training, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages accurately and efficiently during weekend shifts.
- Operate material handling equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided).
- Scan and verify inventory using handheld scanners and warehouse management systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counts and stock replenishment as required.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding workflow and issues.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Charlotte facility.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
