As a Weekend Associate, you will be responsible for managing inventory, fulfilling orders, and ensuring our facility operates smoothly during peak weekend shifts. Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to strict quality standards.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks (certification provided upon hire).
- Inventory Control: Conduct regular cycle counts and stock audits to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep workstations, aisles, and dock areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and cross-functional departments to resolve issues and meet daily KPIs.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies to ensure a secure working environment.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not mandatory.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
