Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage merchandise for shipping and delivery orders.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular quality checks to ensure 100% customer satisfaction and order accuracy.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and cycle counting processes.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
- Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management software to track stock levels.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanning devices.
- Flexibility to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and occasional holidays.
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required for entry-level positions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
