Responsibilities
- Accurately package and ship orders using RF scanners and packing equipment
- Maintain organized inventory counts in 50,000 sq ft climate-controlled facility
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Collaborate with 3-person weekend crew on loading/unloading trucks
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Complete daily shift reports using our warehouse management system
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Reliable weekend availability (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for 8-hour shifts
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check
- Willingness to obtain forklift certification (paid training)
