Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package orders using RF scanners and packing systems
- Perform inventory counts and stock replenishment in designated zones
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet weekend targets
- Document all activities using digital tracking systems
- Participate in weekly safety briefings and process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Valid California driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
