Responsibilities
- Picking & Packing: Accurately select and prepare orders for shipping using handheld scanners.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free environment.
- Material Handling: Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily shipping deadlines.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse aisles clear and organized to ensure smooth workflow.
Qualifications
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekend shifts (Friday, Saturday, Sunday).
- Experience: Prior experience in warehousing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping labels.
- Communication: Ability to read, write, and speak English clearly for safety instructions.
- License: Valid Driver's License and ability to pass a background check.
