Responsibilities
- Load/unload trucks and sort packages in a timely manner
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts)
- Perform inventory counts and quality checks
- Maintain organized and safe warehouse conditions
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily targets
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and procedures
- Assist with receiving and shipping documentation
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Available for weekend shifts (Sat/Sun 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation to North Phoenix facility
- Basic computer literacy for inventory systems
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Willingness to pass background/drug screening
