Responsibilities
- Accurately process and package customer orders in a timely manner
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently (forklifts, pallet jacks)
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments and dock operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order processing
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with potential weekday flexibility
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Portland, PA facility
