Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and stage freight onto pallets or conveyor belts using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse management software and handheld scanners to track shipments.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or quality issues.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure a seamless handover of duties.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours.
- Must be available to work Friday through Sunday or Saturday through Sunday.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn new warehouse technology quickly.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
- Valid forklift certification (preferred but willing to train if no experience).
