Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts, and other warehouse machinery to move inventory.
- Picking & Packing: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare products for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records by conducting regular stock counts and cycle counts.
- Load & Unload Operations: Efficiently load and unload trucks, ensuring products are handled with care and stored correctly.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Organization: Keep the warehouse floor organized, clean, and clutter-free to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekend shifts (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling products and data entry.
- Reliability: Must have a reliable form of transportation and a consistent work history.
- Teamwork: Ability to collaborate effectively with team members and supervisors.
