Responsibilities
- Perform efficient picking, packing, and shipping of orders to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Load and unload trailers safely and accurately using forklifts and pallet jacks.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct inventory counts and verify stock levels to prevent discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize daily workflow and meet strict deadlines.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate handheld scanners.
