Responsibilities
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise accurately to maintain inventory levels.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a high attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in inventory counting and cycle counting processes as directed.
- Communicate effectively with team leads and supervisors regarding daily production goals.
- Perform basic data entry and label verification tasks.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Reliable transportation to and from the facility.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekend shifts and overtime as needed.
