Responsibilities
- Execute efficient loading, unloading, and staging of inventory using warehouse management software.
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely to ensure optimal space utilization.
- Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory audits during weekend shifts.
- Ensure all shipping and receiving documentation is completed and filed correctly.
- Maintain a 5S workplace environment, keeping aisles clear and equipment clean.
- Collaborate with the operations team to resolve logistical bottlenecks quickly.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to lift and move up to 70 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is highly preferred.
- Valid forklift certification (if applicable to specific role).
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Reliable transportation to and from the San Jose facility.
