Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations including scheduling, correspondence, and record maintenance
- Process payroll documentation and employee timesheets accurately
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office supplies and maintenance
- Support HR functions including onboarding and compliance documentation
- Generate weekly performance reports using Excel and company software
- Act as primary point of contact for internal and external communications
- Maintain confidential employee records and company databases
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reporting processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years administrative or clerical experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
