Responsibilities
- Delight residents with personalized daily care assistance including bathing, dressing, and mobility support
- Accurately document resident health observations and care activities in electronic health records
- Collaborate with nurses to implement individualized care plans
- Assist with medication administration under proper supervision
- Create a positive atmosphere through engaging social activities and companionship
- Maintain a clean, safe, and homelike environment for all residents
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year long-term care experience preferred
- Valid CPR/BLS certification
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends and holidays
