Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized patient care including bathing, dressing, and mobility assistance
- Monitor vital signs and document patient health changes accurately
- Assist with medication administration and meal preparation
- Transport clients to medical appointments using company vehicles
- Maintain clean and safe living environments for patients
- Collaborate with RNs and care coordinators for comprehensive care plans
Qualifications
- Active California CNA certification required
- Minimum 1 year home health or facility experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and stand for extended periods
- Clear background check and TB test results
- Strong communication skills in English (Spanish bilingual a plus)
